Telephone Orders
You can place an order over the phone by calling a member of our sales team on 0870 803 1228.
Lines are open Monday to Friday 10.00am- 9.00pm, Saturday 9.00am- 7.00pm and Sunday 11.00am- 5.00pm.
Methods of payment
We accept card payments online and over the phone. The cards we accept are Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Maestro, Solo and American Express.
We also accept cheques made payable to Pet Chic and remember to allow 5 working days for payment to clear.
Delivery
Note: If you wish to select next day delivery please contact us by phone or email to check that the item(s) are in stock. Next day delivery can only be guaranteed when orders are placed before 2.30 pm Monday toThursday.
If the item is in stock we aim to despatch all orders in 24 hours (Monday to Friday).
If any item is not in stock, please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
For any ‘made to order’ products we ask that you allow up to 6 weeks for delivery.
All items are sent 1st class, either by special deliver or recorded delivery depending on the weight and value of the parcel.
UK postage and packaging for standard items is £3.99.
UK postage and packaging for large/ heavy items is £9.99
Overseas postage and packaging for standard items is £14.99.
Overseas postage and packaging for large/ heavy items is £29.99
Note: We do not accept responsibility for customs charges on large orders. Please check your own countries import charges before ordering from outside the UK.
Returns
If any purchase from PetChic does not meet your expectations, simply return the item(s) to us in its original unused condition within 10 days of the dispatch date. We will then provide you with a merchandise exchange, credit voucher or refund.
Please include a cover note indicating the problem and whether you require an exchange, credit voucher or refund. We will also need to recharge postage and packaging to resend your parcel however the resend postage fee is not required if the goods are faulty.
If any of your items are faulty please return it straight to us at the address below and we will exchange it for you as quickly as possible. No returns fee is required.

Non-deliverable, refused and unclaimed orders.
If an order is returned, refused or unclaimed due to customer refusal, customer negligence/absence, or due to a customer providing incorrect shipping information, we will attempt contact via phone and/or email if provided.
In order for us to resend your items we will have to recharge the postage and packing costs.
